Synchroscope Function:

  • Indicates the phase difference between the generator and the busbar (mains or another generator).
  • Provides a rotating LED pattern to display the phase relationship:
      1. Clockwise rotation: Generator frequency is higher than the busbar.
      2. Counter-clockwise rotation: Generator frequency is lower than the busbar.
      3. Static position (12 o’clock): Generator and busbar are in phase.

Check Synchronization Relay:

  • Automatically determines when conditions for safe synchronization are met:

      3. Frequency difference is within the set limit.
