Description

DATAKOM DKG-112 24V is a versatile microprocessor-based control unit designed for manual and remote start of generator sets. It allows user to stop and start the genset using the key switch on the front panel.

Features:

Voltage:

• Nominal Voltage: 24V DC
• Voltage Tolerance: Designed to handle voltage variations common in generator systems, including cranking voltage dropouts.

Frequency:

• Measure generator frequency within the range of 0-99.9 Hz, suitable for both 50Hz and 60Hz systems.

Inputs and Outputs:

• Inputs: Oil Pressure, High Temperature and auxiliary shutdown switches (compatible with 24V signals).
• Outputs: Fuel solenoid and starter motor relays rated for 24V DC operation.

Protection:

• Monitors fault such as, overspeed, under speed, low oil pressure, high engine temperature and auxiliary faults.
• Automatically shut down the generator and indicates fault via LEDs.

Size and Installation: 

• Front panel dimensions: 72mm x 72mm.
• Depth: Approximately 50mm.
• Designed for easy installation in standard generator panels.

Power Consumption:

• Extremely low power draw when in the “OFF” position to preserve battery life in 24V systems.
